To be performed when any crew takes control of a new train or if the trainline has been significantly modified.
Step 1: Fully Charge the trainline. seconds (fast clock) per car.
Step 2: Set brakes and hold pressure for seconds (fast clock).
Cannot hold air. Walk the train and inspect for defective car.
Set car out and begin test again.
Step 3: Confirm pressure at the end of the trainline.
Air line pressure drop too great. Walk the train and inspect for defective car.
Set car out and begin test again.
Step 4: Visually inspect all brakes for application.
Set car out and begin test again.
Step 5: Release brakes.
Step 6: Visually inspect all brakes for release.
Set car out and begin test again.
